Initial interaction - may be through mutual relationship, previous work done together and so forth

Consult: 

Meet with client to find out what they're currently doing, hear what's on their mind and identify what they wish to achieve

Align:

Consider the areas of alignment in philosophy, approach and requirements - 'Where can 1MPLC help?'

Propose:

Design a proposal which outlines where we can help the client, what it looks like, how long it will take and the costs involved

Fine Tune:

Discuss the proposal with the client to ensure it makes sense and clarify any areas of ambiguity

Contract:

Once a proposal is agreed, we contract our services - 'What we say is what you get'

Deliver:  

Assignment starts in line with contract & agreed proposal

Review:

Once an assignment is complete, we review with the client to consider the level of satisfaction.
